Effective from 7 October 2026. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from the online shop at www.falbergolf.com and its language and country versions.
In brief
- Custom clubs are built to order. All golf clubs except putters are assembled for you by Mizuno UK exactly to the specification of your order. Because they are made to your specification, there is no 14-day right to withdraw from their purchase. Your rights if a club is faulty are not affected.
- Stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (putters, bags, balls, clothing, shoes, accessories). You pay the cost of sending the goods back.
- Statutory rights for defects: 24 months from delivery for consumers. A Mizuno manufacturer’s warranty, where offered, is in addition to these rights, not instead of them.

We are an authorised Mizuno Golf retailer. We sell online only; there is no shop open to the public at our address.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms govern the contract of sale between us and the buyer. A consumer is a person who buys for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. A business customer is a buyer who orders in the course of their business, in particular when they enter a company name and VAT number in the order. Unless stated otherwise, the provisions below apply to both. Section 11 lists the differences for business customers.
The contract is concluded in the language of the shop version in which you place your order. We archive the contract in electronic form; you receive the order confirmation and these terms by e-mail.
3. Products and custom clubs
Product photographs are illustrative. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
Custom clubs are all golf clubs in our shop except putters. They are built only after you order, to the specification you choose or the one stated for the club (for example shaft, flex, grip, length, lie angle and loft): once your order is paid, we pass the specification to Mizuno UK, which assembles the clubs at its facility in Cumbernauld, Scotland, and dispatches them. They are not taken from stock; they are made for you.
Putters are sold as stock items. The same rules apply to them as to our other stock items, including the right of withdrawal in Section 8.
You are responsible for the specification you order. When you order online, you choose the club specification yourself. If you are unsure about any parameter, write to us at [email protected] before ordering and we will be glad to help; our advice is based on the information you give us. As a Mizuno Performance Fitting System (MPFS) partner, we also offer in-person club testing and fitting by appointment. Either way, the clubs are built by Mizuno in Cumbernauld, Scotland, exactly to the specification confirmed in your order, and the final choice of specification is yours. Clubs built exactly to the ordered specification are not defective because a different specification would have suited you better.
4. Prices, currencies and taxes
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), Czech koruna (CZK) or Swedish krona (SEK), depending on the shop version. Prices for consumers include VAT. Delivery charges are shown in the basket and in the checkout before you place your order.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, import duties, import VAT and customs clearance fees may be charged on arrival. These charges are not included in the price and are payable by the buyer to the carrier or the customs authority; the documents needed for customs clearance are enclosed with the parcel.
If a price is shown that is obviously wrong (for example a technical error clearly out of line with the usual price), we will tell you before accepting the order and you may decide whether to buy at the correct price.
5. Placing an order and conclusion of the contract
The presentation of goods in the shop is an offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when you submit the order by clicking the order button. Immediately afterwards we send you a confirmation of the order to your e-mail address.
Before submitting the order you can check and correct all details in the basket and in the checkout.
If an ordered product can no longer be supplied (for example because it has been discontinued by Mizuno or the components are no longer available), we will tell you without delay and agree a solution with you (a different product, a different delivery time or cancellation). If the order is cancelled, we will refund any payment received in full within 14 days, using the same payment method.
The contract can be changed or cancelled only by agreement of both parties or for reasons provided by law.
6. Payment
You can pay:
- by payment card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number;
- with Klarna, where offered in your country; Klarna’s own terms apply to its payment options;
- by bank transfer; after ordering you receive our bank details and a QR code for your banking app.
Orders for custom clubs must be paid in full before we pass the order to Mizuno UK. If an order paid by bank transfer is not paid within 7 days, we may cancel it.
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland. The carriers available for your address and the delivery charge are shown in the checkout.
The delivery charge is calculated in the checkout according to the contents of the order and the delivery address. If an order qualifies for free delivery, this is clearly shown with the order in the checkout.
Delivery times. Custom clubs are usually built and dispatched within 10 to 15 working days of payment, provided that all components are in stock at Mizuno. Stock items are usually dispatched within 2 working days of payment, or within 5 working days if they ship from the Mizuno central warehouse. Transit time depends on the destination and the carrier. If the goods cannot be delivered within the expected time, we will tell you. If we have not delivered within 30 days of the contract, or within any later date we agreed, you may set us an additional reasonable period for delivery; if we fail to deliver within that period, you may withdraw from the contract and we will refund the full price.
Checking the parcel. Please check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is visibly damaged or something is missing, note it with the carrier (or refuse the parcel) and let us know as soon as possible, ideally with photographs. This helps us resolve the claim with the carrier quickly. It does not limit your statutory rights.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you have nominated (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.
8. Right of withdrawal (stock items)
As a consumer you can withdraw from the contract for stock items (all goods except custom clubs) within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you, or a person you have nominated (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods. If the order is delivered in several parcels, it begins on the day you receive the last one.
How to withdraw. Send us a clear statement by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to our address. You can use the model withdrawal form at the end of these terms, but you do not have to. It is enough to send the statement before the 14-day period expires. Please include your order number and the items you are returning.
Returning the goods. Send the goods back to falbergolf.com, s.r.o., Bystrcká 1137/38, 624 00 Brno, Czech Republic, within 14 days of withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please pack them so that they are not damaged in transit.
Refund. We will refund all payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of the original delivery (up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise and at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
Condition of the goods. You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to establish their nature and characteristics (for example try on clothing or shoes indoors). You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that, for example clothing that has been worn outside or washed, or balls that have been played. We may set our claim off against the refund.
9. Custom clubs: no right of withdrawal
Custom clubs are made to the consumer’s specifications (Section 3). Under section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom clubs, and their price is therefore not refunded on withdrawal.
If you change your mind, contact us straight away. We pass orders to production straight after payment, after which they can no longer be cancelled or changed. In exceptional cases this may still be possible until the end of the working day on which the order was paid, depending on the status of the order in production; we cannot guarantee it.
This exclusion concerns only the right to withdraw without giving a reason. Your rights for defective goods (Section 10) apply to custom clubs in full.
10. Defects and complaints
Our liability. We are responsible for the goods being free of defects when you receive them. As a consumer you may make a claim for a defect that appears within 24 months of receiving the goods. If a defect appears within one year of receipt, it is presumed to have existed at the time of receipt, unless the nature of the goods or the defect rules this out.
What is not a defect. Normal wear and tear from use (for example worn grips, marks on club faces and soles, scuffed balls), damage caused by improper use, accident or unsuitable storage, and goods built exactly to the specification you ordered (Section 3).
Your rights. You may ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced. If repair or replacement is not possible, is disproportionate, has not been carried out within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to you, or if we have refused it, you may ask for a reasonable price reduction or, unless the defect is minor, withdraw from the contract and receive a refund.
How to make a claim. Write to [email protected] with your order number, a description of the defect and, if possible, photographs. We will confirm receipt and tell you how to send the goods (to our address, or directly to Mizuno if that is quicker for you). We reimburse the reasonable cost of sending us goods for a justified claim.
Time limit for handling. We will settle the claim, including the remedy, without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you made it, unless we agree a longer period with you. You will receive written confirmation of when and how the claim was made and settled.
Mizuno manufacturer’s warranty. Mizuno may provide its own warranty for some products, under its own terms. That warranty is an additional benefit and does not replace or limit your statutory rights against us.
11. Business customers
For business customers the following applies instead of the relevant provisions above:
- The right of withdrawal in Section 8 does not apply.
- The contract is concluded when we confirm the order.
- The shop is intended primarily for consumers and prices are shown including VAT. A buyer with a valid VAT number from another EU member state may ask to be invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism; the request must be sent by e-mail immediately after placing the order and is assessed individually.
- Visible damage and missing items must be reported to the carrier on delivery and to us within 10 days of delivery.
- Defects must be notified without undue delay after they could have been discovered. Rights for defects are governed by the Czech Civil Code and expire 12 months after delivery.
12. Out-of-court dispute resolution and supervision
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your complaint, please write to us first at [email protected].
Consumers may apply for out-of-court resolution of a dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), adr.coi.cz. Consumers from other countries can get help from the European Consumer Centre Czech Republic.
Our activities are supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) and, in matters of trade licensing, by the relevant trade licensing office in Brno. The protection of personal data is supervised by the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
13. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Details of what data we process, why, for how long and what your rights are can be found in our Privacy Policy.
14. Trademarks and content
Mizuno and the related logos and product names are trademarks of Mizuno Corporation. Names of shafts, grips and other components are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them as an authorised retailer to describe the goods we sell.
Texts, photographs and other content on this website are protected by copyright and belong to us or to their original authors, including Mizuno. You may view and print them for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent or that of the rights holder.
15. Governing law and final provisions
These terms and the contract are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll.). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order applies to your order.
These terms are effective from 7 October 2026.
